Warwick Senators – Event Terms & Conditions



1. Acceptance of Terms



By purchasing a ticket to, attending, or participating in any Warwick Senators NBL1 game or event (“Event”), patrons agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the venue’s conditions of entry, and any reasonable directions given by event staff or venue management.



2. Tickets & Entry



All tickets are subject to availability and are valid for one entry only.

Tickets must be presented upon entry (digital or printed).

Entry may be refused or patrons removed if tickets are altered, duplicated, or used fraudulently.

The Warwick Senators reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions.



3. Event Changes



The Warwick Senators reserve the right to alter event details including match times, opponents, seating arrangements, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified in accordance with the ticket provider’s policies.



4. Refunds



Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds or exchanges are not provided for change of mind, failure to attend, or removal due to a breach of these Terms.



5. Code of Conduct



Patrons must:



Behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times

Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, aggressive, or offensive behaviour

Not throw objects or interfere with play

Comply with all requests from event staff, security, officials, or venue personnel

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.



6. Prohibited Items



The following items are not permitted unless authorised:



Weapons or dangerous items

Illegal substances

Alcohol not purchased at the venue

Glass containers

Large banners, flags, or signs that obstruct views or cause disruption

Security reserves the right to inspect bags and belongings.



7. Alcohol & Smoking



Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas and by patrons of legal drinking age.

Intoxicated patrons may be refused service or entry and removed from the venue.

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas in accordance with venue and state regulations.



8. Photography, Filming & Media



By attending the Event, patrons consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

These images or recordings may be used by the Warwick Senators for promotional, broadcast, or marketing purposes without compensation.

Commercial photography or filming without prior written consent is prohibited.



9. Personal Property



Patrons attend at their own risk. The Warwick Senators and venue management are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.



10. Liability



To the extent permitted by law, the Warwick Senators, NBL1, venue operators, and associated parties are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death sustained while attending the Event, except where caused by negligence and where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.



11. Children & Minors



Children must be supervised at all times.

The Warwick Senators accept no responsibility for unsupervised minors.



12. Accessibility



The Warwick Senators are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience. Patrons requiring assistance are encouraged to contact the club or venue prior to the Event.



13. Governing Law



These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and patrons submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
